Want to get your "ticket", your Amateur Radio license? You will need to acquire an instruction manual or a question and answer book with notes. These books are available online at the ARRL web site or at Radio City 2663 County Road I Mounds View, MN 55112 Phone: 763-786-4475 or Amateur Radio Consignment Center in St. Paul.

Another way is to attend classes taught by volunteers. License testing is usually offered at the end of the class.
